Zoo fined: Elephant killed trainer

Earlier this year, an elephant killed an animal trainer at the Knoxville Zoo in Tennessee. Now the zoo faces fines from that state’s safety agency (TOSHA).

Tennessee: Guns at work aren’t a safety threat
