Multi-Gas Plus Cartridges

Draeger announces the introduction of the new Multi-Gas Plus cartridges for the X-plore 3300/3500/5500 twin filter masks.

These cartridges are unique because they do not carry the “escape only” designation for H2S protection, and can be used to work in environments up to 100ppm (IDLH level), providing proper change out schedules and OSHA guidelines are followed.

Draeger’s exclusive two-point bayonet connectors are standard on all dual type filters and cartridges. To install a new cartridge, the user simply lines up the indicators, turns the filters one quarter turn in the direction of the arrows, and the mask is ready for use. The low profile, swept back design provides an unobstructed field of vision while staying close to the user’s face so the mask doesn’t interfere with any work being performed.

There are two versions available which protect from toxic gases such as Organic Vapors, Chlorine, Chlorine Dioxide, Hydrogen Chloride, Hydrogen Fluoride, Sulfur Dioxide, Formaldehyde, Ammonia, Methylamine and Hydrogen Sulfide.
