Imagine this: A train collides with a tractor-trailer which in turn hits a worker who was standing nearby. The man survives with only cuts and bruises! It was all caught on closed-circuit cameras at a workplace.

Cem Tokac was waiting by the tracks for the train to make a delivery to his workplace, according to London newspaper The Times.

The video shows the tractor trailer crossing train tracks. Then the train approaches, hits the trailer, which plows into Tokac.

Tokac passed out. When he awoke, he was still on the ground surrounded by co-workers.

The amazing part: He suffered only cuts and bruises.

The driver of the tractor trailer also received only minor injuries.

Tokac now considers the date of the accident, Feb. 25, his new birthday. “Life is really beautiful,” he said.

    Just a Question ?
Was’nt the guy that got hit by the truck the spotter ?
He could see the train comming, and allowed the truck to continue onwards onto the track ?

  2. Armando Says:

Thank God both, Cem and the driver made it safe out this.
Now, on the other hand, not looking for someone to blame, I think the driver also had a good visibility and should have seen the train comming and stop instead of continuing. It looks like the driver tried to beat the train. Both could have prevented this near fatal accident.

  3. Gunther Hoock Says:

technical correction, that incident took place in Turkey and not in England. See the ambulance with the red crescent….
