A Colorado auto insurance company was cited by OSHA after the company ignored COVID-19 safety requirements.
The company is accused of allowing employees displaying symptoms to work at the same Denver location where an employee died from COVID-19.
OSHA began the inspection after receiving a complaint of unsafe working conditions and a report regarding the employee’s death, according to a Department of Labor news release.
