OSHA 300-A Summary forms listing 2020 injuries and illnesses must be posted by Feb. 1, 2021.
Employers who keep Part 1904 OSHA workplace injury and illness records must review the 2020 OSHA 300 Log for accuracy, correct any issues and then create the 300-A Annual Summary.
Form 300-A summaries must be posted in an area where notices to employees are normally placed by Feb. 1 and must remain visible in that location until at least April 30, 2021.
A company executive must certify the summary is completely accurate.
Employers with ten or fewer employees or those who fall under NAICS codes for low-hazard industries exempted from OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping do not fall under the posting requirement.
