The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) is holding the winter session of its SafetyFOCUS education experience in February 2023.
SafetyFOCUS will take place Feb. 13-17 in Orlando. An online only version will take place Feb. 20-24.
The semi-annual education event is meant to help workplace safety and health professionals:
- acquire and maintain certifications
- expand their expertise, and
- grow their networks.
Register by Thursday, Jan. 19, before rates increase.
40 industry experts presenting 60+ courses
Attendees can build a custom schedule that fits their goals, learning from 40 industry experts who are presenting more than 60 courses in full- and half-day formats on a broad range of workplace safety and health topics.
Many of the courses are based on consensus standards and focus on:
- business and leadership skills
- certification preparation
- risk assessment and management
- safety management systems
- fall protection, and
- comprehensive worker health.
Two of the three courses required to complete ASSP’s new Risk Management Certificate will also be available.
