The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA’s) rule “Improve Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses” requires organizations with 250 or more employees, as well as those with 20 or more employees in high-risk industries, to electronically submit their 300A Form data to OSHA annually by March 2.
