They were hiking and went off the designated trail, went to the edge of a cliff/overlook. There are marked trailes and overlooks in Yellowstone Park. There are cliffs and dangers everwhere. This worker was exploring when this happened. On any new job, do not attempt to do things that you are not authorized and trained to do.
