Injured worker files for workers’ comp almost 60 years later

A pilot who was injured in a crash 59 years ago has filed for workers’ compensation. The agency charged with making a decision in the case says it’s considering the case.

Remember the incident in February in which a small private plane crashed into an IRS building in Austin, TX? There was only one IRS worker fatality. Credit goes to regular fire and evacuation drills.
