Obama bans texting while driving

President Obama has signed an Executive Order banning 4.5 million employees from texting while driving.

Should OSHA:
- increase its budget for enforcement
- increase its budget for assistance to companies
- increase its budget for enforcement and assistance
- not increase its budget at all
